BASIC SEPTIC SYSTEM MANAGEMENT

Rotz Septic Service, Inc. Management and Maintenance Plan is for all types of onsite systems and is designed to cover the impending regulations for Federal, State and Local environmental departments.

Your septic system is a very important part of your initial home investment. To avoid costly repairs, a maintenance program is needed to help extend the life of your system. Our plan will maintain and extend the life of your septic, at the same time protecting the health of your family, neighbors and the environment.

BASIC MANAGEMENT PLAN:

Monthly charge of $19.95 for two years.

Pumping of your system one time.

Two (2) year reminder cards are mailed to you.

One (1) onsite evaluation per year by one of our maintainers.

Inspect baffles and clean filter (if applicable).

Inspect drainfield area.

Check scum layer depth.

Education on your septic system.

Basic Septic System $19.95 for two years

*Lift Station Septic System Management Plan Contract: $24.95/ Month

*Mound or Pressure Bed Septic Septic Management Plan Contract: $29.95 /Month

*Mound or Pressure Bed with Sweeps Septic System Management Plan Contract: $35.95

The homeowner will be responsible for all parts however they will not be charged the $75.00 service call for any repairs on their system. For example, this could be used at the time of installing risers to bring your manhole cover to the surface. The homeowner is responsible for having the manhole covers at the surface (per State Code 7080.0175 Maintenance) prior to our arrival.
